Hi, 

I’m  IOAN.  I take photos – mostly of humans, but not only…

I was born and raised in Romania. Moved to Spain right after finishing the university and lived there for almost 15 years. Currently, I’m living in Sydney.

I like stories,  I like people…I like photography, and that’s  the reason why I’m doing this. Photography makes me happy and,  more often than not,  is  the way I connect with the world around me. Through photography I had the chance to meet some amazing people and to know wonderful places. 

It’s been quite of a journey so far that hopefully it will never end. On a good day,  I can see where I’m heading. On not so good day, I’m still struggling and pushing myself to find the way…

I understand every job, every project as a collaboration and I approach it with a roll-up-the-sleeves attitude to get the most out of the shoot and to deliver the best image possible at the end of the day.
